Interesting information about shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the purchased goods and the distance to the delivery address.
To be able to calculate the shipping costs, we need the exact number of goods you want to purchase and the postal code of the delivery address.
In rare cases, we might need to confer with our forwarder, which might take one or two days.
We ask for your understanding.

Deliveries on an island need prior consultation.

Of course you could authorize a forwarder of your choice to pick up your ordered goods.
In case of transporting hazardous materials, please ensure each vehicle has a hazardous materials equipment and also each driver is ADR-qualified to transport these goods.

Otherwise, we are not allowed to load the vehicle.
